Thank you, thread, for finally letting me respond.  Weird thing about rape laws, if you have sex with a drunk person (even if you're drunk yourself), you're legally a rapist.  I normally come down pretty hard on rape, but when you get laws in the US that amount to if a drunk person rapes you and you don't try to stop them, you're legally a rapist, it gets a little hard to get behind all of it.

I'm sure he'll be back - maybe he hasn't seen the message yet. I'll give him a few weeks before I write him off (which of course I really don't want to do).
