Wedding Trough. Seek it, experience it, love it. Very moving.

:P

I'm not sure how many people know about that one, so I'd do as Reign says - seek and experience. It will ruin you.

For me, I'm going with Halloween. A Nightmare on Elm Street has a 9.5/10 from my, but there's one scene I cannot wrap my head around, and it still makes no logical sense, so I can't give it a ten. Halloween, on the other hand, is the perfect horror movie. Subtle, terrifying, and Michael Myers.
I'm curious, which scene are you talking about?

Scene where Nancy is dreaming and she thinks Glen is with her (as Glen's hiding behind a tree). Because Glen was with her in the dream (the only time we've seen two 'victims' in a dream together), why does she go off at Glen when she wakes up? If Glen was hiding behind a tree in her dream and watching her, she had to know Glen would be asleep (as they were in the same world). I just never got it.
The way I took it was she was asleep and was talking to him while he was awake. If he saw her struggling, he was supposed to wake her up, but nodded off and failed at doing the one thing she asked which is why she goes off on him when she wakes up.

You could always try and find it to watch four to five minutes of it. Snoop Dogg's Hood of Horror, while I'm sure is bad (I haven't watched it yet, nor do I really want to), at least might have the occasional redeemable factor, such as a decent quality. Nightmare Alley has none whatsoever.
If there was a redeemable quality about Hood of Horror, I didn't notice it. It tries too hard to be humorous and falls flat. It has a cast of people (Lin Shaye, Ernie Hudson, Danny Trejo) that are wasted.

Not gonna lie, wasn't expecting this place to come back. Probably wouldn't have known about it had I not received a text from Shadow. Anyways, good to see the place back up and running.

To be honest, neither did I. You wouldn't believe how close I was sometimes to putting it out of its misery and let the domain and hosting cease during these last 2 years of solitude. For whatever reason, I couldn't let it go and kept on paying the fees... I guess most likely because we've been around since 2002, a lot of good memories... as awkward as that sounds.
Always hard to let go of something you created, I guess. Though, if I were in your shoes, this place probably would have been taken out back like Old Yeller.

There's a low-budget anthology called Nightmare Alley (2010) that is one of the worse films from 2010. Seven stories in an hour and ten minutes, and six of the stories are downright terrible. The seventh is passable at best. 'Twas the worst anthology horror film I've ever seen, and one of the worst horror movies I've ever seen.
I find that hard to believe. Especially when that one from Snoop and the other one from Flavor Flav exists. Course, I haven't seen Nightmare Alley, so I'll have to take your word for it.

if getting a mod spot here had to do with cleaning toilets then i should be a mod already.
When you clean toilets after De used them, then you'd earn the spot.

Going with Gore and Jz on this one. The original Elm Street is my all time favorite horror film. Possibly my favorite movie of all time for the way it impacted my life. By that, I mean I can't sleep for shit anymore. Thanks, Wes and Robert!  :'(

Worst horror films in the last three years? Oh, that's easy. Anything named Paranormal Activity. Found footage movies have always been terrible, however, these films excel at being the worst of the bunch by doing absolutely nothing of note for two and a half hours. I'll put it like this: If I wanted to play "Where's Waldo" I'd do so. Moving chairs and opening doors slowly does not a scary movie make.

I was pretty iffy about this one until I actually saw the red band trailer. Looks pretty sick. Read that the director was shooting for an NC-17 Rating just so he knew he was going in the right direction. With some slight trims it's a Hard R bordering on the NC-17, so there's that. As for Hollywood capitalizing on the name? Well, it is produced by Sam Raimi and Bruce Campbell and Raimi hand picked the director to remake this. It at least has that going for it.

I took to murdering fat chicks so I could skin them and make a lady suit. Also, I've grown fond of tucking my dick in between my legs and dancing to "Goodbye Horses" by Q Lazzarus.
