Ended up watching a few weeks back and finally now just added my thoughts to the movie page.

I'd like to be in a house of whores...  [*browwink*]

Did you watch this recently on Amazon Prime? I noticed it was on there as I was scrolling through earlier.

I'd have to split that up because I don't think I could handle that much Don Wilson in such a small amount of time.  [*uhoh*]

Other Movies / Fatal Bond (1991)
July 29, 2018, 12:15:24 AM
While there are a few entertaining sequences in the final third of the movie, you have to trundle through quite a sloppy and uninteresting turn of events with some average to poor acting from its cast. You could take a chance on it if you're a fan of Linda Blair or have an interest in low budget Australian cinema, but ensure your expectations are low upon viewing.

Have you ever come across Fatal Bond?

Other Movies / Blackbelt (1992)
July 28, 2018, 11:35:32 PM
This is your typical 90's low budget martial arts action movie with a thriller edge to it. The fight scenes aren't anything special, the story is quite simple, the acting is mediocre. Matthias Hues is pretty cool though.

Have you seen Blackbelt?

Other Movies / Omega Cop (1990)
July 28, 2018, 12:26:01 AM
The fight scenes aren't completely terrible but are overly repetitive and rather bland as our action hero runs through a never-ending gauntlet of generic goons. The acting is corny and the movie is devoid of any real charismatic characters.

Omega Cop sucks, did you enjoy this shit?

It's okay, maybe a 6/10 from me but it has been a while since I last saw so may need to see again before rating. Byrne was decent as the devil or choir boy or whatever you wanna call him.  [*browwink*]

I still think the first was a bit better but I do remember getting a kick out of the guy celebrating on the golf course.

I've never had the urge to watch this steaming pile of bird poo.  [*browwink*]

I saw it when it was in theatres. I thought it was pretty good, I do have it on bluray but haven't re-watched it yet. I'm sure after I watch it again it'll be getting somewhere between a 7-8/10 from me.

The CGI in these pictures alone are laughable.  [*laugh*]

Horror Talk / Re: Hate Crime (2012)

There is another movie called Hate Crime, I think it was about some gay dude getting bashed, which was a DTV movie from over 10 years ago and I remember it being better than I was expecting... what I'm saying has nothing to do with this movie really but has reminded me to maybe track it down and watch it again for review.

Horror Talk / Hit and Run (2009)
July 11, 2018, 12:31:09 AM
Hit and Run is an okay movie and is worthy of a one-time viewing but there's just nothing that makes it really stand out from the myriad of other low budget horror flicks in its era.

What did you think of it?
