Random Bullshit / Epic Rap Battles of History: Freddy K
October 16, 2019, 11:52:54 PM
There is a whole series on YouTube of Epic Rap Battles of History, They did one a few months ago where Freddy Kruger battled Wolverine. I enjoy the whole series but this seem to fit here.

No video for it but saw a Musical version of Clue live recently. Songs were interesting.

The Howling series is all over the place. This is one of the worst in the series, mostly due to the fact it could have been way better. You had LEE! But not over the top bad like some of the later movies making them good in the bad way.

They do tend to really not understand or have a tough time turning King's books into movies. There are some good ones but overall the ratio is awful. This book deserved so much better.

Yep, pretty much what I was looking for. That there are movies you really could only make at or after certain times. How times are reflected in the Horror we make.

Horror Talk / Signs of the Times?

My wife and I were discussing this, how much do you think the world around us affects what we consider horror or put out as horror. The 70's, 80's and even 90's had horror movies that reflected the times or the times reflected them.

Thoughts?

Not my favorite version, nor my top Corman movies but it has its charm. I love the over the top Rick M version.

Been QUITE some time and a lot has changed but glad to see the board and the members are mostly still around. Found this still going almost by accident, Still need to update things but thought I would look around.

Married now, Wife and I got married in Las Vegas with me as Freddy K and her as Jason V. It was a blast. I will try and get pictures up once I get this all set.

Hope everyone else is doing well?
