If you want to enjoy this interesting story, read King's novel. If you don't mind spitting in the face of fans, though, the movie works out perfectly.

They do tend to really not understand or have a tough time turning King's books into movies. There are some good ones but overall the ratio is awful. This book deserved so much better.
