Perhaps one of the best modern found footage horror films I can think of, Hell House LLC has a lot going for it, including the use of various methods of story reveal, great scares (including some rather subtle that are easy to miss), and an overall solid presentation that definitely allows the film to positively stand out. A damn good found footage film, Hell House LLC comes highly recommended.
