Hit and Run is an okay movie and is worthy of a one-time viewing but there's just nothing that makes it really stand out from the myriad of other low budget horror flicks in its era.

That stupid scene with the phone bleeding and the ending with the main character washing her face off with saliva instead of THE RAIN OUTSIDE THE FUCKING CAR are two scenes that prove how terribly shitty this film is.
At least, like I said, the main actress was hot as fuck. [*yes*]
