Child's Play 3 definitely isn't one of the best movies in the franchise but it still has our favourite killer doll wreaking havoc with the ever impressive voice acting by Brad Dourif.

Like you said, not as good as the first two, by a rather large margin, but it's still a fun flick, and has great scenes throughout.
Honestly, The first four Child's Play movies are all pretty good (I'm a big fan of Bride of Chucky), with the third probably being the most average. Still a fun movie, though.
Just finished watching this, and working on a review now. Pleasantly surprised by how well it held up, though it certainly lacked some of the charm of the first two films.
