When we click on the title of a topic that has a few pages, instead of taking us to the page we last read, like it did before, it only links to the first one.
I don't recall it ever taking us to the part where the user had last read. As far as I'm aware, you can click on the title, which will take you to the beginning. If it's spanning multiple pages, you can click which page you want to go to and then finally there is that icon on the right which will take you to the most recent post in that thread.

Only way it takes one to the last page or most recent topic is via the front page and depending on if it has an "Re:" in front of it. Other than that, it never did take me to the part I last read.

I have a blank symbol too (not quite a red X, but akin to it, I assume).
As far as I can tell, everything seems fine on my end. Question though- is there something wrong with the signatures? I know I saw options talking about removing them in profile prefs, but I haven't seen anything at all about actually adding one (even before this thread).

Right now, signatures are disabled. Reluctant to allow them because they get out of hand and are quite unnecessary in the first place.

Pretty sure this has now been fixed, can't see any problems with it after the changes I've made to the code.
if you click your avatar pic on the top left. it takes you to the test profile and not your own. might wanna look into that

Yeah, I forgot to remove the user ID in the link. I'll fix it up soon. It's supposed to link you to the specific part of your own profile for a quick avatar change instead of going to your profile and looking for the right option.

I dunno, looks a little too bold/thick for my tastes. The idea for me was to have it there, but also have the Fight Evil part overshadow the actual www and .com parts.

Yes, I don't care for the post count. But you can still see the post count via someone's profile or through the stats (http://fight-evil.com/community/index.php?action=stats), I guess.
As for YouTube embedding. Are you sure the link you're using is correct? It worked when the link started with http:// but refuses if I copied a link with https:// instead.
May have just been the https thing. Never had that problem before. Guess I'll just have to start paying attention anytime I'm trying to embed a video.
Chuck, you got some sort of spam block keeping posts from having multiple links? Member Photo thread if you need a reference; neither Crash nor myself has been able to post more than three links.

any one else having the problem of when they quote someone it looks like your words are in the same area of the stuff you quoted.
Iv had this happen to me a couple times now and i even made sure to go back and look to make sure i hadn't typed inside the quoted portion by mistake.
I noticed that with a couple of your posts, but haven't had the problem myself. Odd.
Are you making sure all of what you type is after the [/ quote] tag?

*EDIT* Gore, it would seem that you may have accidentally deleted the end part of the quote tag and for some reason, it added your post to the quote. Try editing your posts, deleting the quote part, hitting enter to give your post some space, go back to the top of the posting box and inserting the quote of the member you're quoting.

The new topic button appears for me, then again as an admin it may be a permission based thing. If anyone else has the same issue, I'll look into it but I'm sure it's fine.
