Though certainly a bad movie in many ways, H.G. Lewis' first splatter flick is important both for the evolution of horror and a good precursor to what slasher movies become in the 1970's. Stilted acting, stagy sets, and a not great story aside, the gore is impressive, and Blood Feast certainly has it's place in the genre.
What are your thoughts on this 1960's classic?
