While the kill scenes in this Asian film are decent, there's far too much time spent on the ongoing drama between the characters, which wasn't something I found particularly enthralling. With far more in common with The Texas Chainsaw Massacre than contemporary slashers at time time (Scream and I Know What You Did Last Summer), The Deadly Camp had potential, but just didn't go anywhere interesting with it.
