I've read an interesting article on this.

The movie finally got funding AND will be directed by Koen Mortier (Belgium)
So what are our thoughts on this? Has anyone read the book? I enjoyed pretty much all of the stories in a different way. I'm really interested in seeing this on screen. Hope this will not be a disappointment.
Looking at the synopsis, the worst thing about this seems to be the title- unless there's a twist that the article doesn't mention. This seems to have some similarities to things like Saw or Cube, while being different enough to be interesting. I'd give it a watch.
This book was by far the most disturbing I have ever read. Truly and properly fucked up.

Just like the director's first movie: Ex-drummer. A gem to some, appalling to others.
"Guts" is such a modern day work of art, too.
Oh lord, I'll never forget "Guts".
RIGHT?! =D
Sounds like it could be interesting. I loved the book ("Guts," "The Nightmare Box," and "Hot Potting" are the standouts for me).
