No doubt a movie of the lowest of budgets, Tim Ritter's Killing Spree still comes across as a pretty fun film with plenty of ridiculous pieces of dialogue and enjoyable sequences. It can get a bit random toward the end, and the movie ultimately may not be great, but it still provides a moderately fun time.
